Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data MaxEdge (“we”) collects when you use the tracker and portal at maxedge.live, why we hold it, and the rights you have over it. MaxEdge is a tracking and information service — we record the selections you choose to log and settle them against real results. We never place bets, and we never log in to or connect to your bookmaker accounts.

What we store

• Account: your email address and authentication details, and your plan tier.
• Your betting record: the selections you record (match, market, odds, stake, bookmaker, result) and the analytics derived from them.
• Bankroll: the starting bankroll and any deposits/withdrawals/adjustments you log.
• Preferences: odds format, currency, timezone, staking plan, thresholds, favourite leagues and preferred bookmakers.

We practise data minimisation — we store only what the tracker needs. We do not store card or bank details (payments are handled by our processor, Stripe), and we never store bookmaker login credentials.

Lawful basis

We process your account and betting data to provide the service you sign up for (performance of a contract), and rely on your consent where required. You can withdraw consent and delete your data at any time (see “Your rights”).

How we protect it

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, held in a managed EU-region database with row-level security so each account can only ever access its own records. Access is least-privilege and payment card data never touches our servers.

Sharing

We use a small number of processors to run the service — a database/hosting provider, our web host, and Stripe for billing. We do not sell your data, and we do not run affiliate links or transmit your stakes to bookmakers.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can, at any time:

• Export a full copy of your data — Settings → Data & privacy → “Export my data”.
• Delete your account and erase all associated data — Settings → Data & privacy → “Delete account”. This is immediate and irreversible.
• Access, correct or object to processing of your data by contacting us.

Responsible gambling

MaxEdge is a tracking tool, not a bookmaker, and is intended to give an honest, loss-visible view of your own position. It is for over-18s only and is not financial advice. If gambling is affecting you, support is available at BeGambleAware.org and GamCare.
